A UNIQUE READING PROGRAM

CRIBS: Caring Relationships Involving Book Sharing is a literacy program designed for young children and their families. It offers children and their families engaging literacy experiences that convey the importance of family bonding and involvement
.

Literature and phonics are the core of our reading program for older students. An emphasis on developing a love of reading to ensure success permeates CRIBS’ curriculum. Instruction of reading skills is presented through an active, hands-on approach that provides students with a sequential learning process. It incorporates children’s interests and their ability to apply what they are learning to meaningful life experiences.
